Interview with Mr. Alec Anterni

How do you like to start your day?

“I usually end up rolling out of bed at around 5:45AM. I have a lot of stone fabricators who start texting and calling me at 6AM every morning so I like to set aside time to answer all their questions! After that, I like to take some time to myself by doing 10 minutes of meditation, followed up with a much needed stroll through the Arizona landscape. After I get ready for work, I make a stop at my local Dutch Bros!”

What is your go to coffee order?

“Medium Iced Caramalizer!”

What is your day to day at Arista like?

“I usually like to start my mornings on the road visiting my stone installers, contractors, and designers at their offices, sometimes I even stop by Bosa Donuts to bring them some surprise treats. After that when I get into the office, I try my best to finish up all of my paperwork and that’s when the fun begins. I enjoy having clients regularly come through the door,  the fast paced environment is definitely something I love most about this job. It does get difficult sometimes, as does any business, but I try my best to handle my days with as much positivity as possible.”

What is your typical lunch order?

“Hachi Ramen, next question.”

After that 5PM closing time how do you like to spend your evenings?

“I like to unwind on the couch and play video games with my friends from my home state of Massachusetts!”

Do you prefer Saturday Shifts or Weekday Shifts? 

“Saturdays, I love the hustle and bustle of the people that come in looking for their countertop slabs!”

What do you like to do on the weekends?

“Golf, golf, and more golf.”

On a scale of 1-human, how much do you hate Mondays?

“To put it frankly, Mondays make me more excited for Fridays!”
